Shipping policy
- Our shipping schedule is from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The order processing time is 3 working days. Shipment will take an additional 5-7 working days from dispatch date to reach your desired destination.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs in the destination country. If you have not received your shipment after two weeks, please contact our customer service.
- All deliveries are tracked and you will receive an email once dispatched.
- For next day delivery please make sure to order before 3pm.
- To ensure the delivery of your package to the correct address, please provide a clear and accurate shipping address during checkout.
- We allow modifications of your order within 48 hours of payment. Where there is a payment difference a link will be sent out via our store.
