Shipping policy

  1. Our shipping schedule is from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The order processing time is 3 working days. Shipment will take an additional 5-7 working days from dispatch date to reach your desired destination.
  2. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs in the destination country. If you have not received your shipment after two weeks, please contact our customer service.
  3. All deliveries are tracked and you will receive an email once dispatched.
  4. For next day delivery please make sure to order before 3pm. 
  5. To ensure the delivery of your package to the correct address, please provide a clear and accurate shipping address during checkout.
  6. We allow modifications of your order within 48 hours of payment. Where there is a payment difference a link will be sent out via our store.
