Is the hair 100% human hair? 
Yes, this site only sells 100% human virgin hair. 

Can the hair be curled/straightened?
Yes, use a flat iron/straightener 180-220 degrees as if your hair. 

Can I dye or bleach the hair? 
Yes, the hair can be coloured. As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten it. 

Can I wash my hair?
You can wash the hair with shampoo and conditioner. We recommend using a hair treatment every 2 weeks.

Can I blow-dry the hair? 
The hair can be blow-dried on a low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let the hair air dry. 

How long does the hair last?
The hair can last up to 5 years, depending on how you maintain it and care for it. Treat it like your own hair.

We use DHL, UPS, FedEx, RoyalMail and EMS

Do I need to pay the customs duty? 
Your country of residence normally determines the customs tax. If there are such duties, this should be paid by the buyer.
